Where is my order?
As soon as you place your order you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Upon fulfillment of your order, a separate dispatch email will be sent to let you know your order is on its way to you. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout and also check your junk mail.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final. We do not offer changes (e.g. add/remove products, apply discount codes) or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you have any issues, please contact us at support@thepharmacistbeauty.com.
How long is dispatch & delivery?
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Delivery in the UK can take up to 3 working days after dispatch; all international delivery can take up to 14 working days after dispatch. However, due to COVID-19 deliveries may experience disruptions and may take longer than expected. For more info, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Skincare
Can I use the Golden Hour serum every day?
When first trying the Golden Hour serum, use 2-3 times a week to introduce this to your skin. If your skin tolerates it well, you can increase usage, gradually, to eventually using not more than once every day.
How can I use the Cysta Cysta gel serum as an acne treatment and spot gel?
This is a 2 in 1 serum. It can be used as a spot gel directly on the breakout 2-3 times a day.
As an acne treatment, use this serum all over the face, at night, 2-3 times a week.
Can your products cause purging/breakouts?
Golden Hour serum and Cysta Cysta gel serum may cause purging for some people who may be new to chemical exfoliation, but not everyone.
Purging can happen when using active ingredients such as alpha hydroxy acids (in Golden Hour serum) and retinol (in Cysta Cysta gel serum) that accelerate cell turnover rate, causing under skin congestion to surface. Purging can last up to 12 weeks, depending on the condition of your skin and the breakouts should occur where they usually do. If this is causing you discomfort, you can reduce the usage of these serums to slow down the process. We understand this phase can be quite frustrating, especially for those with problematic skin but have patience and consistency with your routine and the outcome will be worth it.
Are all your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are opposed to the testing of our products on animals of any kind.
Are all your products suitable for vegans?
All our products are suitable for vegans except our Bare Face balm cleanser, which contains beeswax.
How long do your products last?
All our products have a 24 month shelf life. The expiry date is shown on the label of each product.
Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes, our products are considered low to no risk for those pregnant or breastfeeding except for our Cysta Cysta gel serum and our Dissolve 2% BHA exfoliating toner. However, we advise that before using any new skincare products during pregnancy/breastfeeding to consult your physician/healthcare provider first.
